MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PRICING: tuneBugz! Music Together classes are offered as ongoing classes with monthly tuition installments. Each family signs up with a 2 month minimum commitment as a Family Membership plan (8 classes minimum). Tuition and enrollment continue until cancelled in writing. 

PAUSE/CANCEL POLICY: Membership is continuous (recurring) regardless of classes attended in a month. Cancel/pause/drop anytime with 30 days written notice. A maximum of 2 pauses are allowed per calendar year. Email: [email protected]. Your last month tuition (collected at registration) is applied to your final month once 30‑day notice is received. 

TUITION + FEES (NON‑REFUNDABLE): Monthly fees are paid in advance and are non‑refundable once you are confirmed into your class. Tuition is priced as equal monthly installments based on the full‑year class plan (typically 38–40 weeks; minimum 38) spread over 12 months. We use auto‑draft. Registration requires 1st and last months tuition; new families pay a 1‑time $25 registration fee. Monthly pricing includes 4 seasonal print materials, Music Together Worldwide licensing fees, unlimited makeups while actively enrolled (space‑permitting), and processing fees averaged into the installment: $123/month for 1st child + $25/month for siblings. Pricing increases 3%–5% each January. 

PRO‑RATE POLICY (NEW ENROLLMENTS): If you join mid‑month, $25 per class already missed is credited for that month. The 2 month minimum commitment still applies. 

CALENDAR + HOLIDAYS: The yearly schedule is planned in advance. We do not run classes on some federal/religious holidays and some school breaks, but we do hold class on select holidays. Check your class schedule in the Parent Portal. 

CLASS SIZE: Minimum enrollment is 6 families (or we may cancel and offer another option). Maximum is 12 families (~14 children). Average class size is 9 families / 12 children. 

ACCLIMATION: Most children need 2–3 weeks (often longer) to acclimate. Please commit to 2–3 months for the best experience; contact your Center Director with concerns. 

MASK POLICY: Anyone may wear a mask at any time, including teachers. 

PAYMENT POLICY: Tuition is due on the 1st day of the month unless otherwise arranged. 

REFUND + PROCESSING FEES: No refunds after confirmation into your class. If a refund is granted as an exception, bank/card processing fees are not refundable (up to 5% depending on your bank/card). 

ABSENCES + MAKEUPS: Use the online make‑up scheduler as soon as possible after a missed class. Makeups are use‑or‑lose, unlimited while actively enrolled, and space‑permitting. 

NO CAMERAS/PHONES: Phones/cameras must be OFF and put away during class. Photos/videos only before/after class, and only of your own child unless you have explicit consent from other families. 

NO FOOD/DRINKS: No food/snacks/drinks in the studio. Water bottles, baby bottles and/or nursing only — please. 

HEALTH CHECK REQUIREMENTS (PARENTS/CAREGIVERS): Do not attend if you have had contact with someone sick/contagious or known exposure. Check health/temperature before coming. Do not attend if anyone in your group has a fever of 99.7 or higher. Follow local health org and CDC guidelines. 

TUNEBUGZ LLC Release of Liability and Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

I understand I will be participating in MUSIC AND MOVEMENT CLASSES (the “Program”) of TUNEBUGZ! LLC (the “Organization”), and attest that I have read, fully understood and agree with the following representations and conditions:

I release the Organization and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, lessors, property owners, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Organization or any of the above‑listed organizations or individuals. I am aware of the risks of participating in the Program, and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in the Program. I agree to indemnify and to hold harmless the Organization and any of the above‑listed organizations or individuals with regard to any claim or expenses in any way connected with a claim. I have read and fully understand, agree to, and voluntarily accept all provisions of this Release of Liability and Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification.
