REFUNDS/CANCELLATION FEE: No refunds after the start of class. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if customer cancels prior to the first day of class.

Online Privacy Agreement: It's important to understand your role in your child's privacy and safety while online. By enrolling in the ! online program in Zoom, you agree to usage policies for Facebook and Zoom but also agree to additional ‘no pictures/no recordings’ policy set forth by ! LLC. In registering for classes using Facebook and Zoom you are joining a public class at your own risk and you agree to be responsible for monitoring the engagement for your child and controlling your own privacy settings in all applications. Parents should never leave children our online classes. Parents are required to attend classes with and for their children. The teacher and Zoom host must be able to confirm your identity in class both visually and by the use of your email address registered in Zoom. Once identity is confirmed, we do expect parents to sing and dance along with your child as suggested and modeled by the teacher for the best experience but we do understand things happen and you'll need to hide your video from time to time. Just like our studio classes in person, this is a parent/child class but now that we are in your home with cameras.... you are in charge of your signal coming to us and the rest of the class. ! does not record Zoom classes except in the case of training. If you miss a class - you will need to access the makeup scheduler and schedule a live make-up class of your preference either online or in person/outdoors. By enrolling in in classes online you agree to hold ! LLC and Music Together Worldwide harmless and agree to monitor and protect your child in a way that is appropriate in any public online engagement and in accordance with usage agreements.
Picture taking (of the screen) and recording the zoom class in whole or part is NOT permitted. Please do not take pictures of the screen - this is a violation of our mutual privacy agreement. We know - just like in class - that it is SO adorable and we are all happy to be online together but what makes our classes so special is that everyone feels safe to participate in class. If you take out your phone to take picture of the screen - you can expect everyone in class to see you taking a picture of them and their child without asking and they may feel uncomfortable – not to mention we want you to be hands free for music making fun! We reserve the right to remove anyone from Zoom class at at point, for any reason.
CLASSES MUST MEET MINIMUMS: Due to the economics of holding a class, if a class does not have at least 6 families, we may need to cancel the class and issue refund, or assign families to their 2nd choice.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: For outdoor classes we make the call to cancel classes at 9pm the night before class. A text and email alert will be sent out, and invitation to schedule a make-up will be extended. We will not add make-up oppportunities at the end of the semester but online makeups are available year round, and are not weather contingent. Parents are responsible for scheduling their own makeups using the online make-up scheduler - here.
CLASS HOLIDAYS: We do close for some major federal and religious holidays. Decisions to be open or closed hinge a lot on attendance. If we get feedback that everyone will be busy and nobody will show up - we usually plan to be closed.
DEMO POLICY: We offer a free week of demo classes preceding each semester. Because we like to be generous, fair and flexible on our other policies - we do not offer free samples after classes begin. Additionally, only 1 sample class per family - per year is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any family, for any reason.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES POLICY: fees and new family reg fees of $15 are non-refundable. Example: If you register for a class and pay $280 and request drop/refund and are granted a full refund, your refund will be: $256.60 ($280 minus 3% fees = $271.60 minus the $15 new family fee = $256.60.)
PAYMENT PLANS & LATE PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are due before the first day of class unless otherwise arranged. Payment plans may be requested.
MAKEUP POLICY: We make every effort to provide each family with 2 make-up classes each semester. Make-ups need to be scheduled with us using the make-up scheduler. Please refrain from dropping in on a class, we are not able to accommodate drop-ins. Make-ups be carried over, refunded or used as discounts on the next semester. Please note that we offer make-ups as a courtesy and spots are on a first come, first served basis by using the online make-up scheduler.
CAMERA/PHONE POLICY: We respect every family's right to privacy and ask that cameras and phones be turned OFF during class. It is imperative that parents and caregivers stay engaged in the activities in class. We know everyone loves to snap a pic here and there - and we love the social media posts - but please only photograph your own child and do so either before or after class only. Phones have become an increasing distraction/disruption to bonding efforts in our parent/child classes as technology becomes but please - while in class - be present and free from distractions.
FOOD/SNACKS/DRINKS: All food and beverages are prohibited in our classes due to allergies, and choking hazards of singing while eating. Water bottles, baby bottles and nursing only please.
