We  celebrate a new Music Together collection of songs every 8 to 10 weeks (so you'll keep getting new music, new songbooks as you grow!)  

We take holiday and seasonal breaks that we announce at the beginning of each year but, families will enjoy their ongoing weekly classes continuously and never have to worry about missing a registration deadline or losing your spot in your favorite class. 

Changing classes is easy just contact us if you need to make a change to another day/time. 

Family Membership Plan enrollment guarantees 38-40 weeks of classes per year, which averages 8 to 10 classes per season, which averages 3 to 5 classes per month depending on our breaks/holidays. Every family will also get unlimited makeups and bonus classes while you are actively enrolled so you can attend MORE CLASSES if you like and not have to worry about losing your spot when you are out stick or will be out a few weeks for a vacation.

HOW IT WORKS: 

• When registering, you pay for the first and last month of classes $246 + a new family reg fee $25 if applicable.   

• After your first month's tuition applies you will the begin to pay monthly $123 on the 1st of each consecutive month until you notify us (30 days in advance) that you'd like to pause or drop.  

• Enrollment for a minimum of two months is required at the initial start of membership.  

• At least 30 days' notice is required to pause or drop/cancel your membership.

Family Membership Tuition

Based on 4 sessions, 4 seasons of Music Together which will meet a minimum of 38 weeks in the year.

Initial Payment (this is what you pay when you first sign up):

1st Child: $271 (includes first and last month tuition plus $25 one-time reg fee for new families)

2nd child - sibling: $50 (2 mos)

*For siblings under 9 months at registration, the regular sibling rate will begin to apply automatically once the child turns 9 months old.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there a minimum time commitment? In order for your child to have the best class experience, a minimum membership commitment of TWO (2) months is required.

What if I join in the middle of the month? No worries...your initial fee will be prorated to reflect the number of classes you missed that month based on the class schedule you selected, plus the 2 month commitment which includes the remainder of that initial pro-rated month, plus the 2 month fee - first month & last month. Be mindful that the pro-rate makes each class more expensive depending on how many classes are taught in the month - we only pro-rate out $25 for each missed class. 

What is included in my initial tuition? Your initial tuition fee (paid at time of registration) includes a non-refundable $25 registration fee per child (if you are new to our center) plus tuition for your first and last months with us. (*The first month's tuition may be prorated, depending when you register and which class you chose, the last month's tuition is set aside for you as a credit that will only apply when/if you decide to pause or hold membership if you will miss a long period of time and need to drop. (requires 30 days notice)

What if I need to miss some classes? No problem! Here are some common scenarios: 

Missing 1-2 weeks in a month? You will need/want to schedule makeup classes! Makeup spots are available on weekdays and weekends (any other running class has 1 to 2 spots available for makeups) You will use our handy dandy online makeup scheduler to mark your future absences and reserve your makeup spots.

Away for 3 weeks to a full month? You can pause for up to 1 month with 30 days' notice — no tuition will be charged, and your spot is guaranteed when you return. (Pause starts on the 1st of the month - so make sure you're missing the full month before you elect to PAUSE - many times pausing is not cost effective unless you will miss 1st through 31st of the month... just make sure you check with us - pausing is not possible mid month. 

Need more than 1 month off? Pauses longer than 1 month require you to drop your membership. Give us 30 days' written notice to our DIRECTOR, and your last month credit (paid at enrollment) will apply to your final month. When you're ready to come back, simply re-register based on available classes and commit to a new 2-month minimum, we will waive the $25 registration fee!

How do makeups work? Makeups are a great way to stay connected when life gets busy!

• How to schedule: Use our online makeup scheduler to mark your absence and reserve your makeup spot in another class
• Availability: Makeups are available in any class, space permitting (our weekend classes fill quickly, so plan ahead!)
• No expiration: You can make up missed classes anytime while you're actively enrolled - you will not be able to schedule makeups while on PAUSE.

What's the difference between pause and drop?

Think of it this way:

Pause = for vacation holds but you want to return to your beloved class and you won't have bandwidth to makeup the missed classes. **We can only accommodate a max of 2 pauses per calendar year - please plan accordingly! 

Drop = you want to end your membership or you plan to be gone more than 4 consecutive classes and you dont mind giving up/losing your seat

What about my materials, how does that work? Materials for the season in which you are enrolled will be distributed accordingly. 2 weeks before start - the music code for the new season will be delivered to enrolled families (via email or text and will be available in the Parent Portal), and songbooks will be distributed on the 1st day of class in the new season. 

How will I be billed? All billing is done against a credit card you will authorize for monthly tuition withdrawal. Tuition withdraws from your account automatically on the 1st of every month using a credit card that you will save on your payment profile.  Each month on the 1st you will be billed the tuition for that month. There will be an automatic $25 NSF fee added to accounts for declined credit card transactions that must be settled before classes can resume.

No classes on Thanksgiving Break: Nov 22nd to Nov 29th

No classes on Winter Break:  Dec 13th to Jan 3rd

Drop-in classes are available on a limited basis. Drop-ins are currently $25 and are a trial class only. 

Materials are not provided for drop-ins. Families must enroll and commit to a minimum of 2 mos. to receive our award-winning Music Together materials and enjoy all the perks of Family Membership at tuneBugz!

We will never turn families away due to inability to afford this amazing program but you must ask for the help or we won't know you need it! :)
