tuneBugz! is now offering our seasonal enrollment payable as an easy, monthly installment, Family Membership Plan!
Starting with our Winter term (starts enrolling new families on Nov 16th!) students will no longer need to re-enroll each season, enrollment is automatic and ongoing! We will still celebrate each new Music Together collection of songs every 8 to 10 weeks, and we will still take holiday and seasonal breaks but now, families will enjoy their weekly class and never have to worry about missing a registration deadline or losing your spot in your favorite class again!
You can still move to other classes as your schedule needs change too so, no worries there!
Our seasonal tuition (formerly 4 installments of around $370 every 3 months is now a montly installment of just $123!
Monthly enrollment guarantees 38 weeks of classes per year, and 8 to 10 classes per season, which averages 3 to 5 classes per month depending on our breaks. Every family will also get unlimited makeups and bonus classes so you can attend MORE if you like and not worry about losing your spot when you go on vacation! There is no real limit to classes you can attend, as long as they are scheduled on the makeup scheduler!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Is there a minimum time commitment? In order for your child to have the best class experience, a minimum membership commitment of TWO (2) months is required.
What if I join in the middle of the month? No worries...your initial fee will be prorated to reflect the number of classes you missed that month based on the class schedule you selected. Your 2 month commitment will include the remainder of that first month, plus the first month.
What is included in my intial tuition? Your initial tuition fee (paid at time of registration) includes a non-refundable $25 registration fee per child (if you are new to our center) plus tuition for your first and last months with us. (*The first month's tuition may be prorated, depending when you register and which class you chose, the last month's tution is set aside for you as a credit that will only apply when/if you decide to pause or hold membership if you will miss a long period of time and need to drop. (requires 30 days notice)
What if I need to cancel/freeze/pause my membership? After your required attendanace of 2 months of classes, you may cancel or freeze your membership as needed. At least thirty-days notice is required in order to drop out of monthly tuition. To drop/pause - families must email written notification to [email protected] . Membership will end on the last day of the month following notification.
What about my materials, how does that work? Materials for the season in which you are enrolled will be distributed accordingly. 2 weeks before start - the music code will be emailed, and songbooks will be distributed on the 1st day of class in the new season. Sept 15th (Fall), Jan 4th (Winter), March 15th (Spring), June 15th (Summer) - exact dates are subject to change.
How will I be billed? All billing is done against a credit card you will autorize for monthly tuition withdrawal. Tution withdraws from your account automatically on the 1st of every month using a credit card that you will save on your payment profile. Each month you will be billed the tuition for that month. There will be an automatic $25 NSF fee added to accounts for declined credit card transactions.

Drop-in classes are available on a limited basis. Drop-ins are currently $20 per family, prices will increase for drop-ins in 2026 to $25 per family.
Materials are not provided for drop-ins. Families must enroll and commit to a minimum of 2 mos to receive our award winning Music Together materials.

We will never turn families away due to inability to afford this amazing program and grow musically with our wonderful teachers - NEVER.
